Emergency Broadcast, the film I made while artist-in-residence at the Diefenbunker Museum, will be screening at the Ottawa International Animation Festival in a program called Canadian Panorama. Bytowne Cinema, Thursday Sept. 27 and Friday Sept. 28, 5PM – 630PM.
