‘A tour de force.’
– Christopher Rohde, Director, Mirror Mountain Film Festival
‘Pixie Cram’s Joan uses stop-motion animation and pixilation techniques to tell the story of Joan of Arc. The effect is so jarring that one cannot tell the film is even animated. Through this technique and dark, moody lighting, the beautifully shot, emotive film seemed to resonate extremely well with the audience.’
