[Lab] cardboard and extension

All lasering materials should be put in m76 laser cutting lab if kept at
Artscourt and only as long as it is out of the way in the cubbies (minus
the top right and bottom right one which are marked with tape) or along the
wall next to it and out of the way.  I made an exception for Darcy because
he was making the stars to fundraise efforts for the Philippians. Now that
that is done, it should be removed and he said he was going to do so.
