That isn't a gel cell.  It is an "SLA" (Sealed Lead Acid).  The one
pictured is the same one I had there Wednesday evening to power my
ELwire.  It is a standard 12V 7Ah battery.  You can get them very
easily.  I'd start with Alexander Battery or TotalBattery (two locations
here) but they are ubiquitous.
