6:54
so all the songs that we did today are
6:57
popular from a window from different
6:58
generations everybody knows these songs
7:01
I performed a mash-up of two songs so
7:04
both have old songs one song is from
7:07
German guy who by Mohammed Rafi Saba and
7:10
and I joined Janet don’t refer back when
7:15
we were like sitting and deciding songs
7:17
we want something unique in the band
7:19
right like we don’t want to do something
7:20
which is already there on YouTube like
7:23
original singer has sung it so well that
7:25
you just can’t match it but what we can
7:28
do we can make it better with a
7:30
different flavor right and it sounded so
7:32
well like we felt like with the bass
7:35
guitar and drum it will like you know
7:37
give give this song a different flavor
7:40
and also I like high scale song and
7:43
obviously we wanted to touch air Aman
7:45
song he’s a very huge music director
7:48
back home in India and even around the
7:50
world so it was pretty like you know
7:52
like all together we thought of like
7:54
this this song is something which we
7:55
should do if I hope people enjoy our
7:57
performance
8:00
[Music]
8:20
[Music]
9:02
[Music]
9:23
[Music]

we uh

12:39
so a program like mad would be very
12:43
useful for my music career going forward
12:46
because I would have quality content
12:48
built and then I would be able to
12:50
showcase my like performance in a very
12:54
professional video I saw the pratik
12:56
video I really liked it you know the
12:58
setup and your band gets good promotion
13:01
and also it’s kind of a good you know
13:04
video which you want to showcase to
13:06
other people I also worked with X video
13:08
really liked it because like of the
13:11
performance of the video and overall
13:12
video was good so it’s hard like if I
13:14
could do something like that it would be
13:15
really cool
13:19
[Music]
13:31
would you be
13:35
[Music]
13:50
[Music]
13:53
uncle
13:55
[Music]
14:05
I mean I will set up a guy you shot on
14:15
my new
14:21
[Music]
14:32
[Music]
14:56
[Music]
15:49
[Music]
15:56
[Music]
16:13
[Music]
16:21
[Applause]
16:22
[Music]
16:26
we wanted to do something like well you
16:29
know you can cover the old song then
16:31
like a 90s song then a 2000 song like
16:34
and now the latest one so we cover like
16:38
three songs with all like different you
16:40
know the generation so everyone can will
16:44
be covered in this three songs right and
16:45
like it’s still even the youngster
16:48
listen to old songs but again they don’t
16:50
listen to those actual film songs but
16:53
nowadays you know like all those new
16:55
covers are coming with a different music
16:57
and flavor with the rock or like you
16:59
know like different instruments are
17:00
there in the songs and then you know
17:03
even though you love it because
17:05
obviously melody was always there in the
17:07
old songs so it’s just just making it
17:10
more fresh I would say we think as a
17:13
band that there should be you know like
17:15
a uniqueness in your music and that’s
17:18
why we came here we wanted to show
17:20
people here that you know we are doing
17:22
they’ll say oh we are doing rapped all
17:25
those Hindi Bollywood famous songs but
17:29
there is something different you will
17:31
find in this video than the song which
17:33
already there in YouTube and has a lot
17:35
of millions of views YouTube is is a
17:37
huge platform
17:38
I have seen people are now singing you
17:41
know like in Bollywood or even not just
17:45
for Indian background guys even around
17:48
the world if you have a good channel
17:50
where you know you have thousands
17:52
millions of subscribers music director
17:54
actually comes to you right away you
17:56
don’t really have to go follow that
17:58
reality show path or something you know
18:00
sometimes just YouTube is enough same
18:02
with Facebook now Facebook is promoting
18:04
videos and and also youngster now they
18:07
know that you know there are a lot of
18:09
people are going on YouTube and
18:11
searching for covers and they get the
18:14
views and you know things start moving
18:16
and it’s like you know like everyone
18:17
wants like the world to listen to you
18:21
right and that’s the best platform I
18:22
would say means in the inner life so you
18:24
can cover maybe 300 400 or thousands but
18:28
in YouTube you’re covering millions
18:29
right if you are you’re good with your
18:31
stuff like if you’re doing good with
18:34
your video or music
18:35
means you’re covering a lot so it’s a
18:37
huge thing nowadays like because of
18:40
YouTube and social media things are
18:42
pretty actually I would say easy for
18:44
youth like as compared to the old days
18:46
where every musician has to go through
18:48
the certain path to get the success
18:51
right I really like the Brompton
18:52
environment because there’s so many
18:55
people are you know like doing what we
18:59
like I had this limitation of like if I
19:01
don’t means if I don’t sing English
19:03
songs I won’t be able to sing right and
19:06
but I can see the opportunities even the
19:09
local regional language songs are so
19:13
like not just Hindi I’m not even like
19:15
there’s a lot of people they just sing
19:16
their own language song and they are
19:18
doing so good so it’s opportunity right
19:20
even though you are limited you are not
19:22
good with all the different languages
19:24
but it still you are doing what you like
19:25
so that’s amazing yeah this is Rock
19:28
Canada thanks for watching and please
19:30
subscribe
19:38
[Music]
19:44
