Maker Magic 2021

It’s a brand new year! Let’s start it off right by discovering how we can make extraordinary art from all kinds of recycled materials.

Ashley Howe, founder and lead art instructor of SUPPLY Victoria, will join us to explain, enlighten, and teach us how to create with cast-off goodies. SUPPLY Victoria is a nonprofit that redistributes used art, office, and school supplies (as well as cast-off materials from businesses) and offers creative reuse education to youth and adults. Ashley is excited to bring her passion for humans, the planet, creative reuse, education, and equity/inclusion to build community, and to provide members of that community with the resources and knowledge to become more self-sufficient.

Family Sunday happens every third Sunday of the month October – June, and is an afternoon of exploring hands-on art-making and ideas for all ages. This recurring program often features special guests like storytellers, artists, performers or musicians.
