#MonsterArts​ for Seniors provides the elderly with FREE professionally-led arts workshops in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil and more to reduce feelings of isolation and build strong communities, especially throughout the pandemic.

Seniors enjoy workshops in Bollywood dance, Hindi and Tamil music, spoken word poetry, watercolour painting, and more. This program fills gaps in cultural and language-specific services for seniors in the community and connects them with new and old friends.
Workshops are available virtually and in-person at no cost to seniors. Workshops are adapted for participants facing physical and mental frailties.
