[Lab] What's the catch with this kossel 3d printer kit?

On aliexpress I found a kossel 3d printer kit that looks like it's a
decant one. All parts included even a starter filament, just assemble
and print up to 180mm dia and 300 high and it's only $315cad shipped to
your door.

Besides the obvious like that the plate isn't heated - what's the catch
? Looking elsewhere like at https://www.3dhubs.com/3d-printers/Kossel I
see it's $650 (US I guess) so less than half price I'm thinking scam but
it's a lot of good reviews on it so I don't know.
