[Lab] nanopi neo, C.H.I.P. purchase

Thanks to several people who mentioned alternatives to Raspberry pi.

Both nanopi neo and C.H.I.P. boards look very interesting, the choice 
being primarily on whether to go wifi or ethernet.

And the price is right.  But $20 more for shipping?  Do people get 
together for buys?
