I'm just looking at getting this project going (

I was thinking of having a startup fee of about 150 to cover workshops and
the first three months of membership.

Are you ready to start? If so we can get started. The timeline is to start
workshops in a week or so and the machine should arrive in about a month.
So by the time it gets here we're all ready for hands on.
