[Lab] Laser not working

Laser Update: the solution proved only temporary and the machine is still
acting up. A few other approaches have been attempted, but so far
unsuccessfully. Epilog tech support has been contacted, hopefully we'll
know more soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.
