[Lab] Kinect Scanning and 3D Models

Thanks for the insight Chadwick. If memory serves me right PrimeSense is
the technology behind the Kinect (and Xtion?) right, but only the 360
Kinect. Quality isn't the biggest concern for me, the models I would be
looking to get would be more placeholders than anything, but their size is
important. Most of the research I had done on the depth cameras has been
for game development and gesture tracking so I will start at Skanect and
see where that leads me.

Hopefully I'll be able to attend that workshop Britta. And those
descriptions work for me, I know exactly who you're talking about.
