[Lab] crazy thought... making buttons

So I drop off some blazers at the cleaners and the guy told me he was gonna
charge $4 bucks per button. That's up to 32 bucks per blazer.

So I said forget it imagining I'd just go get buttons in ebay and do them
myself.

Then it hit me. What about making buttons with CNC or laser?

Any ideas?

I suppose I could make ply out of two pieces of nice wood then cnc little
bottons.
