[Lab] Making acrylic boxes on laser cutter

I need to make a box for a project. 

If one of you has experience (or can point me to the info), I'd like to
know 

1- Laser settings for cutting and engraving clear and black acrylic 

2- Glue to use to join sides permanently 

3- Tolerances for tongue-and-slots 

4- Where to get 1/8" acrylic sheets
