[Lab] Local source for Raspberry Pi solar panel?

I'm on the verge of picking up a few of these:

The price is great but the shipping is brutal. Does anyone know where to
pick up an equivalent that's more local?

Alternately if there's no other options, let me know if you'd like to get
in on a bulk buy.

The eventual goal with this is a totally wireless solar powered IP camera.
