That journal is only available from Wiley as far as I know.  Through my 
membership with IEEE and SPIE I've got access to a lot of journals and article 
though most cost money, but I do get member discounts.  I'm sure either of 
those would have something on that topic.  I've also got access to Spring 
Verlag Publishing. I'm and Information Broker.  Get ppl that sort of info is 
what I do for a living.

If you want some help give me a shout off list.
