[Lab] Benchtop photolithography

Does anyone happen to have access to the journals on wiley.com or another journal database that carries the 'Small Journal'? 

There is a very interesting looking article this month from Northwestern University on low cost, solid state benchtop  photolithography units that I would love to know more about, but I can't access it to read it through Carleton or OttawaU's journal databases.
