[Lab] CNC driver IC

Sent this already, but forgot to hit reply-all so the list got it:

Another fairly common one, that is quite nice, and extremely inexpensive is
the Allegro A4983/A4988 chips

They are used on the Pololu 4983/4988 breakout boards used in many current
3D printer designs.

They seem to have similar (but not exactly the same) specs.
