[Lab] Stepper motor specifications

I'm making a drawbot and I have some steppers that I got from a friend.

I got them running on my Arduino/MotorShield. They work great but they get
pretty warm when I'm powering the MotorShield with 13.5V.

*How to get the spec of these sorts of motors?*

As you can see in the video I'm able to step both motors forward and
backwards. Wohoo!
