[Lab] arduinos from china

As it turns out, about 5 seconds after I raised it to claim status, the
seller issued a complete refund.

I had actually thought that I was unsuccessful at moving it to claim status
since the claim was instantly closed.

Well, I have another one on order to replace it that should arrive any day.
