I agree, but good quality nvidia cards can be had quite cheap these days,
and getting a small formfactor with a single pci-e slot isn't difficult. It
doesn't need insane workstation style graphics, a low to midrange nvidia
gaming card would be more than enough for the labs purposes I would suspect.
