[Gridflow-dev] GridFlow 9.12: erratum

I had already uploaded gridflow-9.12.tar.gz twice, now is the third time.

This one includes the [#expr] crash fix made in r6418 but doesn't include 
the change made in r6417 (which is to change version number to 9.13).

I'm still keeping the same filename for this time (that is, the previous 
two releases of 9.12 are gone, and we'll pretend that they never existed).
