btw GridFlow is beginning to support LTI, an image analysis library
(http://ltilib.sourceforge.net/doc/homepage/index.shtml). if you want to
try it, install LTIlib 1.9.12 using GCC 3.x and then install GridFlow with
GCC 3.x. (I mention those versions because other versions have been
troublesome.)

You will need to do this too:

  cd optional/rblti
  make

and then copy rblti.so somewhere in Ruby's path, e.g. 
/usr/local/lib/ruby/1.9/i686-linux/ ... you can look at Ruby's path by 
doing:

  ruby -e 'p$:'

GridFlow's ./configure doesn't need to detect ltilib: GridFlow detects it 
when you start pd.

try this: pd -lib gridflow doc/flow_objects/lti-help.pd
