The RecRoom has a computer, TV, camera, and microphones, available for virtual meetings and presentations.
Using the Computer #
- Use the DURGOD keyboard and logitech mouse to run the computer, which runs on the big TV at the end of the room
- To start the computer, use the PIN 1941 to login
- Navigate to Zoom, Teams or your preferred browser in the taskbar
- Sound should be coming out of the TV (add image of where to set this up on the computer)
- If there is a problem navigate to Settings > System > Sound, select your desired device from the output dropdown
Using the PTZ Camera #
- The camera at the front of the room is already set up in a wide angle to capture the whole room for your meeting. (take a picture)

Using the microphones #
- The small DJI mics are the best suited for capturing sound for your virtual meeting (take a picture of these)

Using the stereo to play music #
The HDMI/arc situation still needs to be resolved so that the sound from the TV can be played through the external speakers, but you can connect to the external speakers through bluetooth via the stereo to play sound.
