[Pdmtl] pdj: how to configure the startup flags in OSX and GUI examples

Depending on the version of pure-data, it might be looking for a  
external with the .d_fat extension.

Try to rename the original file pdj.pd_darwin to pdj.d_fat; this might  
work.
