[Pdmtl] can't load library

hi rico,

pdmtl is not an external, it's a bunch of abstractions (so don't do -lib 
pdmtl). pastebin.ca is down. pdmtl is not working with pd-vanilla, only 
with pd-extended (puredata.info/downloads).

you should use the new mtl. try it out!

(no PPC build only intel).
