[Pdmtl] convention papers?

Hi Stephen,

The application form and general guidelines should normally be up
today or tomorrow. Until then, here is some info concerning the
papers:

Applications can be submitted in either French or English and must include:

    * Name of author(s)
    * Affiliations
    * Email address(es)
    * An abstract (1 page) or full paper (2-6 pages) as a .pdf
