any volunteers for designing a web page for pdmtl ?

it would go at http://artengine.ca/pdmtl/ (which is something we started a
while ago but didn't update; have a quick look at it)

let's keep it simple:

allowed: html4, css; maybe some javascript if it is useful.
not allowed: flash, popups, java-jvm.
