[Pdmtl] new webpage

Yeah, replaced that 19-month-old quick'n'dirty me-too homepage, by
something that says a bit more. The new emphasis is on arts. I kicked out
the reference to Universite de Montreal (to me this is sooo 2002...).
Added a link to the ImpureData screenshots. The general look of the page
is slightly different too.
