[Lab] Lighting control

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to settle on a control system for a lighting project, and am
curious for input/suggestions.

I have 4 DMX universes to control, via DMX connectors, and want to write
the animations in C or similar so that I can access/manipulate sensor input
(motion sensors, or cameras; to be determined) and utilize random numbers.

I am currently considering Raspberry Pi for the controller and possibly an
Artnet to a 4 universe DMX breakout box, with Open Light Architecture; or
Raspberry Pi to 4 USB-to-DMX breakout boxes, possibly with Processing. Also
curious if the Fastled library can do Artnet output?

If anyone has any suggestions they'd be greatly appreciated!
