[Lab] anyone good with javascript?

trying to make the accordians behave by opening themselves on certain URLS
say:

http://qacky.com/md/contact-us/#open1 which opens the first one....

Now your saying you can do that with id="" or name="" as an anchor, but I
have not been able to....

Any help?
