Good morning!

Here are some additional local resources for 3D printing and/or laser
cutting:

ImagineSpace at Centrepointe library: They have two Epilog laser
cutters, a ProJet 1500 commercial DLP type 3D printer, a MakerBot 5th
Gen Replicator 3D printer and a David 3D SLS-1 3D scanner. If you have
an Ottawa library card and have taken their certification course (free),
you get to use the equipment at no charge - you only have to pay for
materials. They also have A/V equipment & Adobe Suite software.

Algonquin College: They have a few 3D printers, normally used to print
student projects but I've been told that anyone can use their services.

My Urban Workshop: Located on Bentley Ave, they have a Full Spectrum
Laser laser cutter and a huge shop full of wood working tools. Yes,
there is a cost to using their equipment, but it seems very reasonable.

Envirolaser Ltd: Although we concentrate on selling equipment (ROBO,
Mark Forged, 3D Systems, Full Spectrum Laser, David 3D, Artec 3D, etc),
we do run 3D prints on our equipment. We have a Mark Forged Mark Two
Enterprise (great for making strong, usable parts), a ROBO R1+Plus
(essentially a Prusa i3), and a Spectrum 510 colour 3D printer. We are
expecting the arrival of a ProJet HD 3510 precision prototyper sometime
within the next 6 weeks.
