[Lab] detecting iphone and android

You could look at something like nuand.com 's rf blade. You would need a
Software Defined Radio that you can config to sniff for LTE traffic.
You can sniff WiFi easily with most laptops.
Other then that or just holding your class inside a faraday cage.
