[Lab] Where to find a balun

Thanks everybody for your answers. I ended up finding the balun from the 
Source at the Rideau mall.
I'm happy to report that I completed the antenna following the 
instructions at http://www.diytvantennas.com/sbgh.php.

I'm pretty happy with the results. I'm able to tune 9 channels out of 
the 11 that are reported to be easily accessible for my location 
according to tvfool.com; which is better than both the cloth hanger 
approach and the cheap HDTV antenna (~20$).
