The Ottawa Tool Library is exactly that: an initiative to provide  
shared access to a variety of tools. They are currently raising  
community support through tool drives and workshops. On Wednesday,  
February 18, OTL will host a Drop-In Drop-Off Info Session at  
Artengine. We encourage members to drop off tool donations and chat
