[Lab] cnc and dust and noise

Okay, if anybody is thinking of a CNC machine and is worried about dust,
there's no worry as the apparatus I set up solves it completely.

Also noise isn't a problem if you have a quiet spindle (like mine) it is
about 1/5 the level of a vacuum.

Those dremels and routers and stuff are noisy...
