[Lab] solar panel holder

I'm rebuilding this solar cell phone system (bottom of page
http://inventorartist.com/is-your-phone-really-solar/).

I was wondering if any creative people have any ideas how this panel could
be balanced at the top of this tote at different angles?

I was thinking of having a few notches in different places so the panel can
be at different angles.

Any other ideas?
