[Lab] ESP8266 Issues...

Hi all,
I just started playing with the ESP8266 WiFi Module.
I have CoolTerm open at 115200 and when I cycle the CH_PD line to Vcc, it
spits out tons of the following. However, even though I see the light flash
momentarily, the module does not respond to any AT commands...

Any suggestions?
