[Lab] Arduino Workshop Progress

I'd be very interested in joining the workshop.  I've only done a very
simple project with Arduino so far (tachometer using a hall effect sensor
and processing for display).  I have so much more to learn.

As a candidate project, I've been thinking of a Kitty Litter Karma device.
 If you scoop, you press your button (one button per family member).  High
score at the end of the month gets breakfast in bed.  Also has an alarm
that beeps (or meows) after 12 hours if not tended too.
