[Lab] foam cutter

I've got and order for a foam cutter:

They're really fun and are great for shaping foam for crafts and other
purposes.

If anybody wants me to make them a kit or a completed cutter in this run
let me know.

I'll probably do the build this weekend so ping me if you want one... There
is a collection of improvements in the build over and above the one in the
post...
