I seem to remember getting some at Canadian Tire on Coventry.

Ottawa Fastener can likely get that sort of thing.
You might also try GBS (General Bearing Service) north of 417 between Bronson
and Bank.

You might try a bike shop...  re-cycles.ca may even have a few used ones.
