[Lab] email approval

if you want to avoid approval delays for your emails to lab at artengine.ca, 
you have mostly two rules to follow :

   1. post from the same address that you registered with ;

   2. don't use BCC to send to lab at artengine.ca.

That's standard for any mailing-list based on the same software (MailMan).
There are other rules too, but those are by far the two things that people 
seem to have problems with.

Also, about the delays, normally it should be quick, but I was assuming 
that someone else would be taking care of it (there are several registered 
moderators at once). As a result, several of the mails that just went 
through were actually posted quite a few days ago. I will be more careful 
in the future. But it's even better if people follow the two rules above, 
instead.
