[Lab] Blender workshop - what topics?

Hi guys,

So I'll be running a Blender workshop July 12th.  Blender (www.blender.org) is becoming a pretty big deal in the 3d world, and its feature list is growing pretty fast too.  
So I'm wondering, is there a particular area of Blender you'd like to go over?  Hit me back with your ideas, and I should have enough time to prepare for the workshop on the 12th.
