[Lab] Eagle cad to laser cuter

I don't know much about how the laser printer works though. does any one  
know how I could go from my eagle cad to something the laser cutter can use?

This is for the stencil I want to make. Ill do some research but I was  
wondering if any one has all ready done it.

Also, what would I need to have access to the laser cutter?
