[Lab] Maker Bot Extrusion Issue

I'm pretty sure the violin print that is on the card is a solid one we have
used before and it was producing the same problem.

Andrew had helped me load ReplicatorG onto my laptop (lenovo thinkpad x220,
windows 7) and we had generated some code from my file. I tried to take
another crack at the creation of the gcode as well and seem to produce the
same result.

I am building the code onto the SD card for printing from the card.
