[Lab] how does this work?

It looks to me like the big hand is driven and the other smaller ones are a
compound pendulum.

It moves a bit to gracefully for that (for me intuitively) given how smooth
it is. Perhaps the period of the two small pendulums is very long and it has
really good bearings?

What do you think?
