[Lab] Looking for ideas

Hi everyone 

I have what may be a simple question for some people, but I really don't know where to start.  I am going to do a practical joke on someone - i purchased one of these

what i want to do, is somehow hook it up to start the sound at some point in time in the future - as simply as possible. So to be able to say " turn it on in two hours". 

If anyone has some ideas or can point me in the right direction, i'd totally appreciate it.
