[Lab] a-axis design

1/2"-20 is also known as 1/2" NF (National Fine). I only have a 1/2" NC 
tap which is 13 tuns per inch.
The 20pc set from Canadian Tire doesn't have the 1/2" NF either. You can 
find singles at most hardware stores for a few dollars...
