[Lab] Fire the laser!

I could have swore I saw somewhere someone successfully cut PCBs with a
laser (not doing the cut the resist and chemically etch thing). But I might
be wrong...

If that's the case, the easy way is still either toner transfer, or job the
boards out to Seeedstudio.
