Hey Everyone,

The Maker Faire idea is getting some traction around which is great to see. We have some tentative interest from groups like the Electric Vehicle Council, The Steam Punks, Spins and Needles, and ORE as well as a few personal submissions. It would be a good idea for us to start to make some tentative decisions about space and needs, and we want to make sure the members of the Mod Lab have the opportunity to get the space they need.

It would be great if we could carve out a bit of the meet up tomorrow to brainstorm and organize together, and maybe also divide up some tasks. If you are interested in the Maker Faire as a presenter, an organizer or a helper I hope you can make it out tomorrow. I think we will shoot for doing this around 8 or 8:30.

This is gonna be alot of fun!

Cheers,
Ryan

PS if anyone on the list is heading to the Linux user group USB presentation tonight and would like to mention the Maker Faire it seems like another great audience to connect to.
